August 4, 2014

It’s NOT the big things we do in business that matter – it’s the little things. The things we do day in and day out matter most over time.

Here are little things you can do to make a BIG impact:

  • Smile.

  • Say please and THANK YOU!

  • Remember customers name and other small details abo

    ut their lives.

  • Give more than they expect.

  • Show up in a good mood EVERY day.

  • Only hire people with positive attitudes.

  • Make sure your place of business is clean.

  • Dress up.

  • Make an effort to be clean and professional.

  • Watch your tone of voice and your body language.

  • Look for what is working an do more of it.

  • Take time packaging your product.

  • Open doors for people.

  • Help when you can.

  • Give a shout out to a customer on social media.

  • Be kind – ALWAYS!

  • HAVE FUN!

  • Be genuine.

  • Listen.

  • Be present – right here, right now!

  • Take time off to recharge.
